Join us for a continued meditation experience. Each month a specific topic is directed to mindful awareness, insight and spiritual development.

Meditation sessions are open to those new and practiced in meditation.  Each session begins with breathwork to quiet the mind and relax, followed by a guided meditation and dialogue.

The easy to learn art of mental imagery is used in all fields to facilitate health and healing. Visualization allows one to detach from pain and increase personal awareness for restoring balance and strength. This two-part class includes experiences and self-practice guidelines.

Here is a drug-free, side-effect free solution to common stress and mood problems. Understand the breath and use it as an instrument for physical and mental health and higher energy. Practice simple exercises to heighten consciousness of breathing for alleviating stress and mood challenges.

 Mindfulness Made Easy

A two-part program to learn the basics of meditation and find a type that works best for you.  
  

Experience a guided introduction to the practices of both formal and informal mindfulness.  Learn how to weave mindfulness throughout your day and learn the basic skills of mindful breathing meditation.  Practice exercises in breathwork, body scanning and relaxation to boost  the mind-body pathways and to calm the stress response.

 How To See the Aura: A Personal Energy Signature

Everyone has an aura!  The human aura is the energy field that surrounds the body.  It reflects our emotional, mental and spiritual energy. This is an experiential session that introduces the basic make up of the aura.  We will perform simple exercises so you can see and experience the aura.
